Manufacturing Capability

Monochrome display manufacturing equipment

For Monochrome display, Unicorn has the capacity to do the front of line(FOL) in house. Unicorn has 2 state of are fully automated production lines for FOL, including the ITO cleaning, the ITO developing Photolithography patterning, Alignment, Coupling etc. The capacity for FOL is up to 4.0kkpcs/Month.

Regarding the monochrome display middle of line(MOL), we have the COG bonding machines up to 20sets, with capacity up to 3.5kkpcs/Month.

TFT display manufacturing equipment

For TFT display, Unicorn will outsource the open cell and do the backening. Unicorn has 10+ production lines for TFT backening including the COG bonding, COG-FOG bonding.
Bonding Precise：COG±3um，FOG±10um，FOB±20um.

Test equipment

Unicorn has 18 sets transparent window test cabinet for aging test, Inspecting the display function in high temperature condition.

Test equipment

Unicorn has 12 sets test chamber for reliability test, inpecting the temperature climate environment reliability of the displays.
